Tracking Your Order
Upon processing and shipping your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number for your purchase.  If you do not see this email, please check the spam folder in your email program, as incoming email from an address unrecognized by your email program can sometimes be mistakenly identified as spam.  You can always contact us through email or phone for assistance in tracking your purchase.

Where We Ship
Products ordered on GreenMountainHorse.com may be shipped to the 50 United States and Canada.   We do have the ability to ship internationally, depending on the country.  Please note that some of our products are limited to sales in the US only.  We recommend you contact us first before purchasing for international delivery so we can accurately quote your shipment costs.  Delivery restrictions may apply depending on location.

Product Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore are very accommodating if you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase.  Just send us an email or call us to arrange a product return.  We’ll be happy to refund your money or exchange the product for you.  All returned product must be in unused, new condition.  If a return shows signs of use, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
