  • Monday: Closed (but we ship orders.)

Tracking Your Order
Upon processing and shipping your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number for your purchase.  If you do not see this email, please check the spam folder in your email program, as incoming email from an address unrecognized by your email program can sometimes be mistakenly identified as spam.  You can always contact us through email or phone for assistance in tracking your purchase.

Where We Ship
Products ordered on may be shipped to the lower 48 states of the United States.  Unfortunately we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or internationally.

Product Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore are very accommodating if you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase.  Just send us an email or call us to arrange a product return.  We’ll be happy to refund your money or exchange the product for you.  All returned product must be in unused, new condition.  If a return shows signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

Important - we cannot accept returns on any products that have come in contact with horses.  We strongly advise that you use a towel or blanket when fitting your horse with saddle pads, cinches, girths or any horse-wear products you have purchased from us.  This policy is in place for the protection of our customer's horses from potential contact contaminations.  The bottom line is this:  if the product looks like it's come in direct contact with a horse, the return will not be accepted.

All offers are while supplies last and may not be applied to previous purchases or other promotional discounts or special sale prices.
