You can return anything that you purchase from us, for any reason, for a full refund, within 14 days of purchase. If you're past the 14 days and you're a nice person, email us a sales@greenmountainhorse and make your case; we like nice people and we're pretty nice too so we'll probably let the 14 day rule slide for you. If you're not nice, well, with karma and all that, anything can happen - but we'll still be nice all the way.
All returned items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped or you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product returned is in a condition determined by Green Mountain Horse and Tack to be such that selling as new again would not be possible (clearly used, missing original packaging, etc). In this case, the product will be returned to you or disposed of at our discretion and the refund will not be executed.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore are very accommodating if you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase. Just contact us to arrange a product return either by emailing (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by calling us (234-248-4245). We’ll be happy to refund your money or exchange the product for you. All returned product must be in unused, new condition. If a return shows signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
Important - When you purchase a piece of horse-wear from us we feel very strongly that it should never have touched a horse other than yours for sanitary reasons and for the health of your horse. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on any products that have come in contact with horses. We strongly advise that you use a towel or blanket when fitting your horse with saddle pads, cinches, girths or any horse-wear products you have purchased from us. This policy is in place for the protection of our customer's horses from potential contact contamination. The bottom line is this: if the product looks like it's come in direct contact with a horse, the return will not be accepted.
To Return an Item
Please call us during business hours for a Return Authorization. Once you have an RA (Return Authorization), re-pack the product(s) in a shipping-worthy box with a copy of the original packing slip, if available. Please use the following link to print a return tag: RETURN LABEL. For your protection, please insure the package if the value exceeds $100.00. Used, misused, or incomplete items are not returnable. Merchandise returned more than 14 days from the date of receipt are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and are eligible for a merchandise credit only. Special order and personalized items are not returnable.
UPS or FedEX ONLY -Package delivery from USPS has been very unreliable and may be returned to you.
