We ship directly from our retail location in Sharon Center, Ohio. We ship via UPS, Federal Express or the United States Postal Service whenever possible. Shipment time varies from 1-5 business days, depending on your proximity to Northeast Ohio. Our central location in the Midwest allows us to ship within 1 or 2 days to nearly 75% of the US population. While we make every effort to ship same day, orders received after 3pm or on Saturday or Sunday may not be shipped until the following business day. Also, please keep in mind that most major holidays will delay a shipment as well. Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process and all orders that total $70 or more ship for FREE!

NEXT DAY, SECOND DAY, and THIRD DAY shipment are available at published Rates. Please contact us with any special shipping requirements you may need. We are happy to do everything we can to meet your delivery requirements.
Special Orders and Drop Shipments: Certain items we sell are stocked and shipped by the manufacturer. These items are identified as Drop Ship or Special Order items and are normally shipped within 2-4 days of the date the order was placed. High demand products can experience further delays if they are not in stock at the manufacturer. If we learn that your order will experience an unforeseen delay, we will immediately inform you of this and make you aware of the expected delivery time as soon as it becomes available. Naturally, you have every opportunity to modify or cancel your order until it is shipped. Tracking numbers for special orders and drop shipments are generally available a day or so after the shipping date. Because of the special nature of these types of orders, your credit card will be charged for the item at the time you place your order.
Returns: You can return anything that you purchase from us, for any reason, for a full refund, within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped or you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product returned is in a condition determined by Green Mountain Horse and Tack to be unsalable. In this case, the product will be returned to you and the refund will not be executed.
To return an item, re-pack the product(s) in a shipping-worthy box with a copy of the original packing slip, if available. Please include a detailed note explaining exactly what you want us to do (exchange, refund, credit). Send the package prepaid and insured by UPS GROUND, FedEx or the US POSTAL SERVICE. For your protection, please insure the package. Used, misused, or incomplete items are not returnable. Merchandise returned more than 14 days from the date of receipt are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and are eligible for a merchandise credit only. Special order and personalized items are not returnable.
